What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

It was pretty strong and I have a high tolerance to stims. I wanted to rip this dudes face off bc he was making so much fucking noise, yelling and grunting on every set/rep...c'mon. I mean I train at a certain time to avoid idiots like him. Lol

How do stims make you feel like shit? From the crash?

WOW!!!! And your a really nice guy[emoji33] but i feel you there , we had a guy that used to scream and yell before he even started his lift, then he would yell out loud at himself during his set of 135lb bench press[emoji15] but after several members complaining they kicked him out.

What the stims do to me is make me super jittery and give me anxiety. Took jacked 3D or whatever its called , and literally had to sit down and ride it out. Couldnt work out. And i drive over an hr to get to the gym so it was a real bummer.
 
I dont need the kick usually , coffee is enough . 10 minutes into my workout I am psyched and no supplement is going to enhance that.

But you younger guys with newer central nervous systems can get away with it . The same stuff gives us old guys the shakes...

This is me, i love working out and i dont need an energy boost to kill my WO's. Just walking in the gym gets me energized. And once i get my pump on, im in da zone!!!!!!

Dont get me wrong, i do get amped to go to the gym regardless. Im just always freaking tired, and especially on this cut when im even lower energy and i know it's gonna be a long tough workout and i know i have numbers that i have to hit that night it helps.

It's sort of like having a spotter for a heavy lift, you more than likely dont need them, but it's just nice to know they're there haha

Havent posted any food pics in a while, just been lurking here and there. Just about to eat this and head to the gym.
5 whole eggs with some medium tillamook cheddar , topped it with salsa. A beef sausage and bowl of strawberries and blueberries topped with low fat cottage cheese. Pretty much my staple during this bulk. IMG_0655.JPG

I been off for over 5 months. Longest ive went without cycling since i started.

I feel better and have been only getting one workout a week . 10 days for legs .
Plus Im riding a pretty heavy bike again (580lbs wet) and getting alot of exercise there , more than you think . Im also riding my MTB , I like to mix that in too .My only cardio ...
