My parents are German.... I ate 2 with a mixture of chicken and brown rice (2 cups)

Don't judge me lol... final week on tren and my mom made brownies for a cancer fundraiser and she doesn't like selling ends.... with a big glass of milk and 1000mg of metformin I'll chalk this up to the end of an era... come Monday it's really getting serious.

Shake for tomorrow
1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops optimum nutrition whey
Couple handfuls of spinach and kale
Some fresh blueberries and strawberries
Couple big spoons of plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of egg whites
1 cup of Kroger low carb milk
1 cup of Fairlife milk

Dinner tonight two lean beef patties with Colby jack and spicy hummus. Vegetables and a banana on the side.
 
Here you are trying to loose weight and I'm trying to pack it on lol I was up to 221lbs, but when dad passed, lost my interest in food. Dropped to 206. Even granny smith apples and peppers didn't sound good.

Nah bro... my goal was to pack it on too... and I'm at that point where it's done.

My next blast will be nothing standing in my way. I'll cruise for a good long time. Prime myself for the blast by cutting as much as I can and hopefully by then all my enemies are smoked. My life is back in order and I'll come back bigger and leaner on my next blast. But all kidding aside I think I had a really good run.
 
Thanks man, it was tough going for a while. Fucked up a good cycle, log and the support i promised a few people on here. All is pretty good now.

That's life Man. Nothing is ever set in stone. That's what makes a Man. When you can deal with it and come back from it. Money comes and goes and unfortunately promises can't always be kept but it's not easy. That's why I laugh at IFBB pros or fitness models.... definitely not Us... if anyone wants to look towards what "the ugly side of fitness is" that should be us the working man that wakes up at 4-5AM even earliar works/pins/eats and the workouts. Families, tragedies and road blocks. It's really nice when an IFBB pro has "assistants loading his barbell or feeding or pinning him" I know because I've bare witness to this.

Damn brother, very sorry to hear that. I know how you feel , i still think about my pops everyday.
One day at a time, keep him in your heart and live life to its fullest.
