What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Idk what it is... I get these massive fucking peaks and valleys on short esters.... like for 3-4 days I felt like near death. Now today I wake up positive/euphoric.
 
Has to be grilled/steamed/baked or broiled. Rice/Oats/Potatoes of any kind/ grits and whole wheat pasta.

In the morning I allow myself an oatbran bagel or two with my oatmeal and eggs. But even that's pushing it.
