Curiosity strikes a person at odd times in their life. Perhaps mentally I'm not all there. Which is pretty fucking evident. I'm definitely not comfortable with this and I obviously can't talk about this to my friends in real life. NYC is a very strange place to be. Impossible not to get laid/high or stumble into an adventure and if your somewhat good looking and have something about you.. it will occur.

My uncle and his NYPD detective friend use to moon light as bouncers at Scores during the 90's. One night they went out for dinner and drinks before their shift and an out of town businessman drunk off his ass paid them 10 grand to show him a good time.......

They took him to a whore house, scores, a few bars and he was a happy man.

Adductor work
Heavy leg presses. I got too ambitious on my last set and had to work up in doubles just to get the targeted 8 reps i set out too get. Struggle builds character
Bulgarian split squats pyramid up then down. Then on to the split squats of death on the down side of the pyramid = 8 sec iso holds in the most painful position a man can imagine
Finish off with heavy leg ext

Im exhausted. Need food and feel like i really won some thing today.

I discovered the hammer strength machine today that mimmicks the diamond bar deadlift. Lol, dont know why i never thought of it. Learn some thing new everyday. So this will serve as a loose interpretation of my deadlift. Some help from Docd, the VA and my front squat technique i have successfully rehabilitated my lower back and havent felt this great in a loooooong time. Quality of life and less to no pain!
I was able to do some weak deads. Loaded up 460lbs of plates and performed a triple. Then set my timer at 10 minutes and did singles for 10 minutes. Resting no longer than 30 sec between sets.
Also at 253 lbs currently my chinups are becoming very strong. Thanks to high frequency back from Meadows. Able to do 60 reps. Lock to lock over 6 sets.
Also did preacher curls with 150lbs with a target of 40 reps. No matter how many sets it took.
Then to seated dumbbell hammer curls for heavy sets of 6

Sorry for the monologue. Your my peeps. I feel like im making good headway. Even being off. Super excited about the deadlift too

So you did 60 chin-ups in 6 sets ? Not bad at your size . I do a 6x6 or 8x6 with chins and Im toast . They drain all my energy...:confused:
 
I'm a very rare breed. Not many people would play with fire like me. I have an off switch in my head that doesn't calculate what possibly can or can't go wrong and that's my life. I am awefully surprised I haven't caught STD's or HIV or anything... *Knock Wood @Oregongearhead
