Another board I'm on really pushes specific blast and cruise protocols. 8 weeks blast, ten cruise, and so on.. or adding in a new anabolic compound at 8 weeks or increasing dose of what you're using. They believe it staves off myostatin but only until 12 weeks.
Ive never been a big believer in myostatin. Never looked in to it much to be honest. That could be the reason why. But its no secret at about week 9- 12 gains do slow significantly. I think we all observed this happening. Either way i hope the hormones treat me good after coming off this 6 month trt protocol. Excited to find out! Soon. Very.....soon

The theory on the other board is that myostatin builds and creates the stall in gains at approximately 8 weeks. Therefore, a new more anabolic compound needs added or dosages need to be increased to keep myostatin in check so as to drag the cycle progress out further.

It's an interesting theory... It's one of the reasons I add an oral at the end of a cycle and not the beginning. Dammed if I don't keep seeing progress beyond 8 weeks when I do that.

They have some other theories on that board that are fucking ridiculous too though so who knows.

Yeah I researched this after my last blast 8 weeks of blasting is max with an oral. I might cruise on 2 compounds then blast them and then switch back to Test for a while then cruise on another compound with Test and blast another 8 weeks...

I'm excited lol

Sort of like a pyramid method... But for different reasons and in a differentstructure.

I added anadrol, extra TNE and more test at the end of my last cycle. I'll do something similar on every future cycle.

You can also blast with 400-500mg test for 6 weeks then bump up to 750mg the last 6 weeks , its like the nitrous kicking in at weeks 8-9 . Thats what Im doing now ...(wk 5)

I did that, not for any reason other than "more is better."

Last cycle I had 600mg of test but I increased towards the end plus the test base... I was somewhere over a gram.

I wouldn't have normally done that but I was peaking up to a bench PR. It was worth it.
