Yes and equally if not more so i felt like i was beginning to depend on GEAR way too much by my blitz cycle pace i maintained my first 2 yrs.
Thats not me and has never been me. Back to basics. Let my power and and size do the talking. Even without gear

Funny you should ask, my trt doctor was a bit concerned with my rbc being a little high and gave me a script so i can donate more frequently.
