What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Time to eat!
For the next 12 weeks:
1 - Ezekiel toast 2 slices, Eggs 4 whites 2 whole
2 - Chicken Salad 8 oz, Nat Peanut butter 2 Tbsp
3 - Shake 2 scoops, Eggs 4 whites 2 whole
4 - Chicken Salad 8 oz, Nat Peanut butter 2 Tbsp
5 - Lean Ground beef 8 oz, Shake 2 scoops
6 - Tilapia 10 oz, Large mixed greens salad.
7 - Casein before bed
3900 cal, 480 g protein, 140 g fat, 100 g carb

I wish I was exciting as you guys with all your food, unfortunately - for me regimen is the only way.
Revving up your anabolic engine! Im jealous. I wanna bulk in the worst way. LETS GET HUGE
 
I have a quite big appetite but my only problem is my breakfast. I need some help to make my breakfast a bit more interesting. By the way, oatmeal is my worst enemy...

Here lately for my first meal at 630am ive been going with 6 eggs, diced ham, shredded cheddar, peanut butter an jelly sandwich, banana, an a glass of whole milk. It seems to feel me up until my next meal which is at 930am I try to eat every few hours or so while im awake. I like forcing as much nutrition through my body that my budget will allow me. Foods expensive lol.

Sounds good, better try this. Most important it sounds not so boring at all, I eat my breakfast at 07:00 and I'm not allowed to eat during classes in school. First break is at 11:45 so between my first meal to the next one there are 4 hours between them. I like to eat every 2 or 3 hour but the interval between my first and second meal literally kills me.
 
So I have a some what lengthy post pertinent to nutrition. Im recomp right now have been since I ended my blast. Currently on self admin. Trt. I aimed for 3k cals to start now im descending in to 2.6-2.8 per day.
¤0600: cottage cheese, banana
¤0900:4 whole eggs in tortilla wrap, protein shake
¤1200:8oz chicken, pasta with sauce only, 16oz milk
¤1500:salad with 8oz chicken with black beans
¤1900:8oz pork chops and some greens (green beans, broccoli, spinach)

Everyday its mostly the same I just rotate in hamburger for dinner some times and some times shake for breakfast.

TOTAL: 2900 CALS AND 280G protein

I started at 263 and recomp to current weight of 255 lb. Not big loss right? Well I lost another inch on my waist line so im down to 33". Fucking badass! Abs are tighter but still only 8 lb lost. Im confused my body is recomposing nicely but the weight hasn't changed much.

Damn that's a lot of food. I bet you take a big ol shit around 7:30.

Myself - it will be a peanut-butter /Syntha-6 shake to start the day.....199.1lbs

Sneak a protein shake in your jacket. Scoot out to the restroom around 930ish and slam down that sucker!

Have you tryed steel-cut oats ? , takes longer to make but has a great nutty taste . I didnt care for oatmeal as a youth , but have come to embrace it in my adulthood...great source of natural carbs & fiber ....try it again !
