What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

They check for gear? For some reason I thought I read you were going natty for a while, but I could be thinking if someone else.
No, gear isnt what they check for. But i shouldnt walk in that office on a cycle. It could disqualify me based on size and the usual symptoms of excessive BMI. Which they LOVE their BMI chart. It just leads to them following leads that dont exist. Im healthy but all the symptoms of my size( on cycle) could lead them on an unnecessary witch hunt. I lost 35lbs so hopefully that helps
 
This is basically what I eat every day during work:

- Spring Mix salad with usually turkey and swiss, peppers, tomatoes and jalapeño. (Sometimes I substitute the turkey with steak, pork or chicken) and I have some sort of vinegar and oil dressing.


- 2 fruits of some sort

That's for lunch.

Before and after lunch, I have one serving of cheese cubes and one serving of almonds or walnuts. That's a total of 2 servings each. I'm looking forward to adding some more size, but I just need to trim a little more belly and kidney fat.

Thanks. I'm fairly lean and a 6 pack can be made out; I just don't have the separation I want and that stubborn shit over my kidneys on my lower back pisses me off.

I'm pretty good about after work snacks. Sometimes I grab a Cliff bar before hitting the gym after work, but that's about it.

I'm staying pretty focused on eating well. I think I made a mistake by cutting so many calories and upping my cardio after my cycle because it cut into my gains. I'm still a little bigger and stronger than before, but I noticed a big strength drop. I fucking loved that tren a, but it's Test p, npp and Winnie for my next run.
 
DQ is so good, it's been a long time for me... I love ice cream and shakes and floats and all of it man. such a dirty little slut for sugar sometimes...

I usually get a Reeses Blizzard but this last time I noticed the Cookie dough Blizzard had them all beat in calories , close to 2000cal . So I got one of those...:confused:

I haven't had any since early/mid march. My gf threw the gift certificate into a birthday pack for me even though I was complaining about my lack of self control.

She's a good eater, but was enabling my addiction
