This is basically what I eat every day during work:
- Spring Mix salad with usually turkey and swiss, peppers, tomatoes and jalapeño. (Sometimes I substitute the turkey with steak, pork or chicken) and I have some sort of vinegar and oil dressing.
- 2 fruits of some sort
That's for lunch.
Before and after lunch, I have one serving of cheese cubes and one serving of almonds or walnuts. That's a total of 2 servings each. I'm looking forward to adding some more size,
but I just need to trim a little more belly and kidney fat.
