I have an acre, but it's in a populated area so it's not as expansive as one might think. Some of it is conservation protected so I can't even use it but still have to pay taxes for. Go figure.

Hah ha. So flat...Yeah same here. Mines got an easement on it. Can't do anything with a portion of it. Gotta keep it nice etc.
