What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Thats some good butter , about the closest Ive found to fresh churned butter like my grandparents used to make . Real close .

I remember churning. But this has such a yellow color to it. The churning I did the butter was unreal but white. The taste is that good.

Chicks and dudes buy CLA capsules for weight loss... better off buying butter lol
 
I've started to realize how clean my diets been for so long. A few weeks ago and on the 4th was the last 2 times I've drank even a sip of alcohol in 7 years almost. Didn't even drink on my 21st birthday.

I don't eat bread, pasta, milk or butter (if I do it's very rare). The reason being is that I felt as though there were always better carb options that have more micro and macro nutrients for the calories. Same with fats and protein.

Besides eating something that tastes good am I missing out on something that I could benefit from eating these things?

Eating bread, pasta, milk or butter isnt a great example of "dirty" foods. Butter is nutritionally sound on a steak with some veggies on the side. Butter is nutritionally sound in a diet where you are low carb. Dont even get me started about pasta...how that ever got coined "dirty" is beyond me. Milk is one of the very best sources for whole protein. Bread is standard in a bulk

A great example of dirty foods is dipping your fries in to a cup of mayonnaise. Excessive use of fatty dressings on your salad or drinking a soda

I'd say if you tolerate dairy and gluten well, go for it. There's a lot of nutrition there for the taking.... But, I don't tolerate dairy at all, so, I cut it. Whey protein, grass fed butter and yogurt (to name a few) are GREAT additions to almost ANY diet.... Pasta can be an awesome carb source, too... Overall, if someone keeps their macros in check (yes, we can get into nutritional timing, but that's a whole different story), you'll be good to go. I do believe quality matters... Higher quality dairy and breads are way better for you (and tasting) than junk like Nesquik and Wonder Bread. Generally speaking, if it's too cheap to be true, it's probably junk.
 
Yeah! Rub was brown mustard, rock salt, pepper, garlic, brown sugar, cayenne, smoke paprika, a bit of ground coffee and some ground oregano. Cooked to 133f and pulled from the smoker, let rest about 10 minutes before slicing. Came out PERFECT.

Damn that sounds good Wunder, sitting here sipping my first cup and reading this is makeing my mouth water. I could deff go for some of this.

Agree 100% ive taken my diet to the extreme and cut out all that stuff. My reward for that was looking flat and having gains slowed to a minimum. I still eat pretty clean but pasta, milk, butter and bread are deff part of my diet again.

I'm still here jus not as much as I use to be. Gotten myself in some shit so know I'm on probation with an injured elbow. Trying to heal it back an taking it easy as of now anyways. Done a month in jail an 2 years probation for an assault charge soooo all I can do is set back an watch everyone else have a good time smh. Ol well it is what it is an o can tell it won't take me long to get right back to where I was when I start back up. I tell ya what though, stopping cold turkey after a heavy 2 year blast an cruise was a bitch but honestly not as bad as everyone made it out to be. I love ya big broths Ogh an I'm still here, jus more in ghost mode.......

You dont have to be juicing or lifting to stay intouch @Skull you know that . Just eating . :p . You be good and stay away from alcohol and bad drugs we are all weak to that stuff...and stop assaulting ! o_O :confused: :p
