Rusty weights in summertime , 3" raised deadlift platforms...
These are a few of my favorite things...;) :p
So hardcore. Love it man

That 3" difference between the ground and the platform makes a big difference . My lower traps/lats and teres major muscles were sore for 2 weeks until I adjusted to these drop-deads. Im hoping a few months of this w/ regular deadlifts will pay off . I sure feel it !

All them rusty weights need are some chains on em, and it would be just like driving on the yard at O.S.P.
