Happy New Year 2018 my juice'in friends ! :D

Ive been weights-slackin bigtime the last couple months , mostly because my latest job's been brutal , lots of "labor-lifting" :confused: But now I can commit myself to my weightlifting lifestyle again .

Between these guys, eggs and coffee breakfast is basically wrapped up for the foreseeable future.

You guys ever drink bone broth? Thoughts?

How much protein is actually in those? What’s the source? I’ve never tried those, usually just go with Krusteaz, and eggs, but man I love my pancakes on the weekends. That dark chocolate sounds [emoji378][emoji378]

14 or so without egg. I like all 3 but the chocolate is awesome

Eggs, kodiac and coffee. Gain train baby. I've been thinking of my goals for 2018 and I'm pretty close to getting real goals lined up. I'm leaving power behind and treating it as a secondary objective in the gym. I'm shooting for size first this year; both physically and on a scale. I'd like to hit 250# and be single digit bf% and I'd like to finally make XXL clothes become a memory. I think both goals are easily obtainable provided i dont break anymore!!
