You guys ever drink bone broth? Thoughts?

Yep... It's okay. It's just like drinking any other broth. I think it helps a lot with recovery. Do you have the ability to use a pressure canner?

If so, I'd make the broth by first making several bone in roasts. You can freeze whatever you don't use but since it's bulking season, you shouldn't have too much trouble going through it in a week... You can make the beef into several different dishes.

Put the bones into a pot and pretty much treat it like you're making beef broth or stock except you want to have the bones simmer for about 24 hours before you add anything else. I like to make sure the bones have cracked open to let the marrow really get washed out of them.

Then you can it.

I'd add it to soups and sauces. It's got a lot of goodies in it and it tastes good!

I figured you'd have some experience with it. Thanks for the insight. Ive been fighting with digestive issues for a while and want to try some different things to see if I can curb my problems before going the IBS medication route, read some things about bone broth helping with that among other things. Appreciate it broski!!

Digestive enzymes... Take them throughout the day. It'll be a game changer for you. I have used them for a long time, Wunder is big on them too. Kombucha, kefir soda, enzymes pills etc etc etc.

I've found kombucha and kefir, most likely thanks to this thread. I'll do some more reading and stock up on something. Trying to make 2018 a banner year for health for me. Healthy and injury free : )

Eggs, kodiac and coffee. Gain train baby. I've been thinking of my goals for 2018 and I'm pretty close to getting real goals lined up. I'm leaving power behind and treating it as a secondary objective in the gym. I'm shooting for size first this year; both physically and on a scale. I'd like to hit 250# and be single digit bf% and I'd like to finally make XXL clothes become a memory. I think both goals are easily obtainable provided i dont break anymore!!

lol, funny guys up in the northwest!! Trukk has a country mile on me any day of the week!! I am almost always the biggest guy in the room, something tells me Trukk is ALWAYS the biggest guy in the room haha. I'm making a run at some real size this year though, time will tell.
