What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Your stomach is like... Eggs? No prob. Chili too? Ugh Ok. Hot sauce!? Na, fuck this...
Yup. I'm good with a mild taco or chili sauce at the most. Pickled jalapenos kill me. Frank's red hot is benched. Hot Italian sausage and hot pepperoni kill me. Fuck, Italian sub hots kill me.

It wasn't always like this. I've been getting worse as the years go. The simpler the foods the better typically. Quantity is never an issue as long as it's "not offensive" to me.

Have you tried Cholula hot sause. Not hot by any means, but still gives that delicious flavor. Love that shit!

I used to eat jalapenos like nobodies business... Don't tolerate them very well anymore either. Hot pepper relish gets me from time to time too.

I eat Sriracha sauce on my eggs every morning though... She bought me some at a legit asian market a few months ago that looked underwhelming from the label, turned out it was the best I've ever had.

This brand takes the lions share of fame up my way. All over the place. 81HoAYQvqiL._SL1500_.jpg

Thanks , leave it to @Seven Dog to come sniff me out , thanks DOG . ;)

"To my Meso friends , I had my dad pass away 6 months ago , and just lost my mom 2 weeks ago to cancer after a tough 6 year fight. So the 58 year old OG is an orphan now...:( but life goes on ."

Its really strange now , like I am truly alone . If that makes sense...

And I have put Lifting and gear on the backburner this last almost half year, but yesterday I did one plate (135lbs) fullbody workouts . Felt good and Im planning a mild cycle in the near future .

Anyhow keep eating and keep lifting and keep dreaming .... ~Ogh
Sorry for your lost OGH.

I wonder if introducing it (hot sauce stuff in general) in very low doses and slowly over time ramping it up in volume would help? I read about negating serious problems from peanut allergies by using this method. Not sure how true the article was though

Sriracha was created in America
that's kinda cool.

Probably would work. It's all how your stomach is reacting to it. Introducing it slowly would let your stomach build a bit of a tolerance to it. But, it might take a while and you might be a little miserable in the meantime.

Sriracha is the only hot sauce I use regularly, I'm not big on the consistency of other sauces... I use different kinds of tobasco on my Chipotle though. .

Rub it around the rim of your buttho. Faster absorption:cool:
See if that helps reintroduce it to your system faster
