What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

@Hawkins I change it up all the time, I have like 12+ sauces I rotate through. That one is a low fat curry sauce. Notice I marinate the meat in it but don't have lots of extra sauce on the side. That cuts down on the calories a lot.

Normally chicken curry is swimming in sauce. While this tastes amazing the calories are a lot higher. I can't wait to bulk again so I can eat curry like this:

Don't skimp on the sauce! It's low cal... Make your own masala sauce and you can make it even lower cal.

Problem is, it makes me want lots of rice with it. And naan bread... Don't even get me started.

Oh damn, I love me some naan! I don't eat it when cutting, too much fat. I'm sure there are some recipes without butter but who wants that? Lol

I only used 1.5 cups total sauce for the 3 of us so we each had 110 calories of sauce, not bad.

It's pretty cool! I've actually made it at home a few times, it's pretty simple it's just raw tuna, avocados and sauce, hot sauce usually. You can use either lettuce to eat it or chips depending on what mood you're in. I always go for the chips!
Because I buy tuna in bulk like 16 ounces at a time I will have some left over for the next day so I will make seared ahi tuna salad. Another 50 grams of protein there. I never go past 2 days with raw ahi tuna. Fresh fresh fresh. I can't eat stinky raw fish.

I've wanted to do this, ceviche too... But I don't have the kind of seafood around here for it.
 
Was going to have the usual chicken on a salad but with the E. coli outbreak involving romaine lettuce I went with a very high protein cheat meal.

Full rack of ribs ( You only see half in the pics. There's another row underneath) I didn't end up eating the sides but I devoured the peach cobbler :D

Its really strange now , like I am truly alone . If that makes sense...

And I have put Lifting and gear on the backburner this last almost half year, but yesterday I did one plate (135lbs) fullbody workouts . Felt good and Im planning a mild cycle in the near future .

Anyhow keep eating and keep lifting and keep dreaming ....:cool: ~Ogh
