@Hawkins I change it up all the time, I have like 12+ sauces I rotate through. That one is a low fat curry sauce. Notice I marinate the meat in it but don't have lots of extra sauce on the side. That cuts down on the calories a lot.
Normally chicken curry is swimming in sauce. While this tastes amazing the calories are a lot higher. I can't wait to bulk again so I can eat curry like this:

Don't skimp on the sauce! It's low cal... Make your own masala sauce and you can make it even lower cal.
Problem is, it makes me want lots of rice with it. And naan bread... Don't even get me started.
