What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Just weighing in.

My food is boring for some but works for me.

I eat the same thing 5 x a day everyday, I just mess with the carbs depending on my itinerary that day.

5-6 oz ground turkey
1 cup of yams or quinoa
2 cups cabbage salad
My homemade salad dressing olive oil and acv

Depending on goals or needing a change that’s about it. May swap some meals out with good old beef steak
 
Cut that fucker into squares and put it in a bowl. I cover the bowl with a small plate and nuke it. 5 minutes and it's ready. I don't put anything on them generally.

I do put butter on mine but never any of the candy cinnamon etc. that was common when I was a kid.
So are they still crunchy like that? I can't do crunchy potatoes.

I don't like it all sugary either.

Not crunchy at all dude. If they are still hard just nuke them a little longer. Just so convenient
