Here's my breakfast. 4oz bison, 2 whole eggs, 3 cups spinach sauteed and a cup of rice. 89/C 19/F 56/P

How do you cook your sweet potatoes? I've only ever baked them whole.

Cut that fucker into squares and put it in a bowl. I cover the bowl with a small plate and nuke it. 5 minutes and it's ready. I don't put anything on them generally.

I do put butter on mine but never any of the candy cinnamon etc. that was common when I was a kid.
So are they still crunchy like that? I can't do crunchy potatoes.

Not crunchy at all dude. If they are still hard just nuke them a little longer. Just so convenient

Another way is to wrap in pretty damp paper towel whole, microwave for 6 minutes and the skin will come right off if you want it and they don't dry out.
