The usual half a cup of egg whites with two eggs and jimmy dean sausage. It's getting really old after 3 weeks now.

Speaking of fish, anyone watch that documentary on Netflix called "Rotten"? It's about the food industry. It's very educational and will make you rethink about the way you shop at the grocery store. Last night I watched the final episode about the fish industry.
 
So after 7 years of being Vegan last week I decided to go back to a vegetarian diet. I’m back bitches, well sort of!! I’ve been back on Eggs, cheese, dairy. Still using plant based milk?
To celebrate this change I’ve been eating 3500 + cals ed for the last week. I’m still using vegan protein but had 20lbs of ON pro complex gainer delivered today.
This meal, nothing fancy is about 800 cals and the shake I made after the gym was 1000cals, 100g carbs, 80g protein, 25g fat.

The little green Tupperware is Canna-butter and it’s being used a lot after my workouts to stimulate hunger and to help with recovery.
I have a lot more too!!
Yes the sausage is Vegan 300cals 30g protein :)

Just weighing in.

My food is boring for some but works for me.

I eat the same thing 5 x a day everyday, I just mess with the carbs depending on my itinerary that day.

5-6 oz ground turkey
1 cup of yams or quinoa
2 cups cabbage salad
My homemade salad dressing olive oil and acv

Depending on goals or needing a change that’s about it. May swap some meals out with good old beef steak
