What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Salt and pepper is all the seasoning that's needed on steak!

How's the block work and what do they cost? So you'd start the steak on the block and finish on the grill? Yeah I could Google the answer, but I like the way you explain things. :)

I'm not sure how much they cost, this was a gift. They vary based on size I think.

Basically you start the grill on low heat and slowly heat the block up until it's sizzling hot. You just toss the meat right onto it, unseasoned.

I only did one big steak on it just to fool around - I sliced one of the steaks up into pieces and actually cooked them on there. I think that's the best way... A burger would be good too though. Shrimp would be excellent on it... Definitely gives it a nice salty taste.

What's in the mystery bowl?

We have here, my friends, about a cup, maybe a cup and a half of 1% cottage cheese, a can of albacore tuna, salt, pepper and a dash of Italian dressing, for good measure.

About half way through the bowl, i went blind in my left eye, and was told that i was speaking in a language that the wife had never heard before. When i came to, the bowl was empty and my stomach was fat with protein goodness. :D

Oh, and they put avocado on everything down here. Bars don't use lemons or limes, Haas Avacado slices on all drinks. Even water.

I decided to start a "what are you eating thread" , to keep up on what guys are eating to achieve their goals .....

Im Keto dieting so its (4) scrambled eggs and diced lean ham this morning . Its an old stand-by of mine that fills me up and has lots of protein & very little fat compaired to bacon . I sometimes add green chile salsa to spice it up , only 2 grams carbs per 2 tbs. I might also add a tbs of real butter to it sometimes to give me more fat , not this morning . Just lost another lb these last 3 days .......:D
I'm eating everything and I can't stop

Lately I've been bulking off a lot of baked beans mixed into brown rice with chicken thighs- pressure cooked. Love this meal...makes eating brown rice so easy :p
