Time to start deescalating the feed machine. Only this then my 1st lower body day of the week. Working the lower half with low carbs is how i slowly cut. The effects from the highly demanding systemic fatigue that legs are capable of generating is enough to keep the metabolism rolling. Which equals fat loss!!! No treadmill cardio for this mfer

Black does not freak me out. I've essentially got stock in pepto on account of my ridiculously bad stomach and that turns my poo black everytime. What I dig is when I get a multi tone poo. Like a pumpernickel of sorts.
