A friend gave me a cpl slabs of fresh otadu so been eatin lotta fish lately. Here i have some chopped veggies with japanese style noodles and veggies i got from costco, they are really good too. And of course some fried otadu. Delish!!

Well yeah but otadu is what you call an aku when they get 20lbs and bigger, price triples because thats when the fish is fat n juicy
Better than yellow fin because its a much moister fish. Aku is a 1-5 lb fish , not much clean ( blood vein free) fish. Most use them for live bait to catch da GORILLAS!!!!
Gotcha . I used to clean/process Jackfish and Aku in Seattle . Spendy fish to buy nowdays .
So its called aku there too? Always thought there was another name like skipjack or something like that, but im probly wrong

Same here, mine wasn't as exciting tri-tip and Mac and cheese.
Am not able to upload as well. Eating large portions again and am not feeling that full. Can't wait to bulk a little
