I feel you bro. I literally just started eating oats again I was doing the same damn thing haha. Anything special about black rice ??Yes indeed! Pretty damn good for a change. Great texture, more firm than brown or white rice. I’m done with oats for awhile bro, 5x a day past couple months on a budget, I just can’t do it anymore ugh.

Fuck yeah man, good suggestion! I’m currently building my nutrition protocol for my blast and variety is a huge factor, so I’ll add brown jasmine rice to the list.
Black rice is great. In my world we tend to avoid “white” rice, bread, potatoes, etc. white rice is processed and all of the nutrients were removed from it such as the germ and bran. The only thing white rice is good for is carbs. If you eat unprocessed rice like brown or jasmine or any other besides white you get the same carbs plus the fiber, bran, whole grain and protein from the endosperm.View attachment 95365

Try these. I saw you mention you’re burned out on oats. These take a little longer to cook, but they are so good! Add stevia for sweet, or salt and a little pepper for savory...

Yeah man. Basically stripped of all the whole grains and nutrients. Simply just a carb. Avoid the processed white and bleached foods. Stay with whole grain.Hmmmm that’s good stuff, @Sparkyp.
