What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

thanks for the info! The ingredients seem pretty good. I'm going to give them a try. In an endless search for foods that don't mess up my belly, which is a list that is slowly getting smaller :(
It takes up to 5 hours just for dairy to leave the stomach
Red meat and pork 4-5 hours

The worst for digestion are red meat, pork, dairy, canola oil, hydrogenated oils, fried foods, gluten

Incorporate more gluten free products, dairy free, eat more cold water fish, poultry and fruits/veggies.

I have up dairy a while back, that was a trip for me. It changed my quality of life immediately. I still eat small amounts of cheese and seem to do well.

Chicken and turkey are my go to meats, with fish a distant third. I love fish, seafood in general. I might try some gluten free stuff for a while just to see. I've never been told I can't eat gluten but I will say that when I eat certain carbs my life gets turned upside down for a while.

Thankfully I don't have any issues with red meat, however I do not eat it that often.

Weight trainers are caught in the middle. My point is, we all need high doses of protein and we eat insane amounts of food. Especially the meat eaters.
Just the typical American diet was never intended for the human biology. I mean, look at the rate of disease in this country compared to other cultures that split 1 fish between 5 family members at dinner.

We overeat and iMHO we are designed to eat meat but nowhere near the quantity in which we eat it.

BB really have no choice as they need the calories and meat. The price to pay will be later on or potentially on our middle ages

We do force our bodies to handle a lot of stress, both internally and externally

Try some vegan restaurants and start chowing down. I can only imagine the endless delicious options in the Boston area. And I'm not talking the little wanna be healthy wraps and salads nonsense, I'm talking about that fat kid vegan grub. Good shit
