I've found a nice little balance of being strict and then reverting back to seefood... I've been able to slowly add muscle and remove fat over the last few months by doing this... Although I really want to go back to lifting big soon.
I'm going to Germany for Christmas this year again. One of my favorite things to do in Germany is go to the sauna. We go to one right on the Baltic Sea, we swam there in the summer one year.
Sauna culture is a big thing in Germany. Now, there is absolutely nothing left to the imagination in a German sauna. It's entirely coed and swim wear is not allowed in the saunas. You can wear a towel or robe in between sessions in the different saunas (they have about 10 different kinds of saunas at the one we go to: steam, dry, really hot, less hot, eucalyptus, salt, etc) but for the most part it's totally nude everywhere... I walked in the first time and a group of fucking hot topless European women walked past, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everyone in Germany will tell you it's normal/natural and no one cares about the nudity thing... Which is a complete lie because I've done plenty of research out of total fascination for the whole culture of it.
Now, the reason I mention all of this is because I want to walk in at single digit bodyfat this year for the sheer amusement of watching bitches head's turn... It's kind of like playing with a stacked deck too because euro guys are built like track athletes at best.
If you can't appreciate the fun of PED's by doing stupid shit like this... I don't know what to do for you.
Trying to get back to doing traditional sunday dinners. Helps to put the phones, tablets, games and tv down to spend some time together.

It’s a chicken and onion skewer that is hung with garlic and herb in a bowl up above and the pour hot butter over it and it soaks the garlic and herb and runs down and drips all over everything. With potatoes, spinach, and carrot bredie.
10/10.
And that sticky toffee cheesecake with the berries on top was quite possibly the best cheesecake I’ve ever had.
