How's it going yall? Found something out today that I had never considered until I googled it earlier..
YOU CAN STEAM YOUR RICE WITH CHICKEN BROTH INSTEAD OF WATER!! I haven't tried it yet but it's definitely gonna happen. I normally pair all my meats with basmati rice and I recently bought some Jasmine rice after hearing good things about it's flavor and aroma.. Basmati doesn't exactly have much of a flavor to speak of, at least not one that I'm able to detect.. But if you can use chicken broth to steam it, you can probably also use beef broth. I'm probably more excited about this than is within reason but if I'm bored of regular ass steamed rice I figure yall might be too.. Hope this helps!

Yeah...its ok. Not that dramatic of a flavor trade off tho

It's a nice change of pace. I use chicken bone broth.
