What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

My nightly meal of 7oz of beef and 250g of rice.

I know I don’t post much over here, but right now I’m taking in at least 16oz of chicken, 14oz of beef, and a shit ton of rice and oatmeal. I️ eat the same thing at the same time every day. I don’t think you can get really fat on this type of food. Even though it’s a lot of food everyday, the body burns most of it up.

Where are you getting your fats from? The beef?
 
Any of you guys use talapia as a protien source? If so how you cook it up?

But I like to warm up a skillet with extra olive oil... throw seasoning on fish and cook it up:)

Biggest thing for me is timing... depending on size... most small portion fillets are like 3-4 minutes a side

Under cooked- no bueno
Over cooked - no bueno

Has to have a butter/melt like texture to be good for me anyways:)

Once I get time right, I even put stop watch on em:)
