So this is a family recipe on my wife's side. It sounds extremely simple and it is but everybody that tries it gives it a 10/10. Even picky eaters like kids. It's called chicken casserole. First you boil a large whole organic chicken for 2 hours with a bunch of different spices. Lemon pepper, chicken bouillon cubes, Rosemary, onion and garlic.

Drain the juice but keep two cups of it for the sauce. I like to keep the rest of the juice as well for making chicken noodle soup the next day. This juice is way better than the traditional chicken broth that you purchase or make with chicken bouillon cubes.
After the chicken has cooled Shred the chicken and remove bones Etc. You will be left with around 4 lb of organic chicken meat.
Take out a 9 by 11 casserole dish and put a layer of chicken down. Crush up tortilla chips and cover the chicken. Pour on the sauce (cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, 2 cups chicken juice)

Cover chicken, chips and sauce with cheddar cheese. Repeat over and over... layer chicken, tortilla chips, sauce and cheese. These are the only ingredients. When you look at the macros this is perfect for bodybuilding.
