What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Im trying to cut some of the carbs today , and my "meat/nut/oil" meal is a great way to cut out the carbs and still get full . 4-6oz meat (anykind) small handful nuts/anykind, and a tbs or 2 of some quality olive or flaxseed oil . You can do this part-time or fulltime just dont overdue it on the nuts/oil . ;)

Loaded chicken bombs.... stuffed with minced green olives, cream cheese, garlic and a sliver of habanero pepper.
Rolled up with bacon, roasted till done them serve with a lemon garlic aioli
