What the hell it a wet aged steak?! Ive had dry aged,and understand that process. How do you age it wet?!The second course was deleted into my stomach immediately. Several different steaks one with bearnaise sauce one with black truffle and the other with fois gras. I do have pictures of a 32-day wet aged T-Bone I grilled not too long ago. 2.4 lb of meat and Bone. I love bulking in the winter!!!!!!

Wet Aged in blood in a vacuum sealed bag in a special refrigerator for a month. The juice and enzymes help tenderize the steak. Yum!What the hell it a wet aged steak?! Ive had dry aged,and understand that process. How do you age it wet?!
