What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

The second course was deleted into my stomach immediately. Several different steaks one with bearnaise sauce one with black truffle and the other with fois gras. I do have pictures of a 32-day wet aged T-Bone I grilled not too long ago. 2.4 lb of meat and Bone. I love bulking in the winter!!!!!!

What the hell it a wet aged steak?! Ive had dry aged,and understand that process. How do you age it wet?!
 
Well its back to normal now but when i came in here a few minutes ago it was like a brand new thread with the title at the top and only four posts. But now normal so IDK what happened, damn technology [emoji849]

More database glitches. i was trying to view some thumbnails that someone posted and kept getting an error.
 
In the Southern United States we have excellent steak for a really good price. This is USDA prime ribeye for roughly $20 a pound. It's almost impossible to find prime anything let alone Prime ribeye or prime T-Bone. I've been eating a pound of ribeye every night for the past 3 weeks for this bulk. Dinner one is 12 oz of chicken breast dinner two is 16 oz ribeye. If this doesn't put muscle on me nothing will.
