Little pork and chicken action. The new oven is working well. Have to watch what spot the rack is in though. Seems to cook meat better when it's near the bottom 3rd of the oven. Last stove wasnt as specific for whatever reason but it also didn't cook as well.

Calorie count going up, ratcheting up the gym activity again. Cup of broccoli, cup of brown rice and 10 oz of chicken with general tso sauce on top. This was a good meal

When I have it processed I have it all ground and use it in place of ground beef.
