What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Cutting: Salmon / Tuna / Ground Turkey / Chicken / Veggies
Bulking: Salmon / Tuna / Beef / Rice / Sweet Potatoes / Peanutbutter

Bulking I'll usually make a crock full of beef. About 10lbs of thin ribeye cut into strips. Little soy, honey, siracha, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch at the end.

Throw it over rice / veggies and go to town. Sauce is actually fucking amazing on pretty much any meat. If you dig Asian anyway.

Also Chipotle for those burrito gains.
 
Picked up Kodiak cakes because they were on sale. Looked fairly decent and I wanted a waffle.

Cause fucking waffles.

Wound up being more of a waffle shaped brownie. Tried using for pancakes this morning and still pretty lacking. Dumping the rest into muffin tins tomorrow.

Not bad if you don't know how to cook I suppose. But can definitely do better scratch making any of the above and just adding protein.

Grabbed the double chocolate kind, by mistake, by the way. Might make for decent muffins / inoffensive brownies. Update tomorrow.
