The weather has been terrible so Ive got alot of free time , I will be disappearing soon (springtime)
One for the keto guys. 2 beef hot dogs, cottage cheese and 4 scrambled eggs with cheese , ready for the gym [emoji41]

Gotcha watch the hot dogs a bit... since they are a manufactured meat product per-se it's easy to get the corn syrup/sugars thrown in.

Lunch was full-fat cottage cheese /walnuts/tbs olive oil .
Old timers here will probably remember my 5lb Umpqua cottage cheese containers (I had a huge stack at one time)

Fish tacos. Ate out twice today, that's uncommon
Breakfast was another HB patty/6 oz cottage cheese .No pics , Im out the door....
8 jumbo eggs4 slices of Turkey breast
2 slices of dkb powerseed
Half pot of black coffee
And not even close to full.

I didn't calorie count this meal. I look pregnant though, if that tells a tale...
Salad again....Turkey/spinach/blueberries/peppers/green olives with a olive oil/apple cider vinegar dressing.
Im actually eating alot more greens/veggies on Keto than I ever did regular eating .
