Im on the Coast brother (120 miles from Eugene) we dont have many franchises here . Its mostly Mom & Pops type restaurants , good but spendy...
Plus Im a Wendys/5-Guys kinda guy

After almost a month of just water & coffee my wife picked up some Water Drops , lemon-lime w/ Stevia . Zero calories but not too bad tasting.

Sunday morning pre-workout. Sausage links w/ 1/2 cup egg whites (1 tbs butter on eggs after cooked/helps the flavor ALOT )

Seriously I tryed Paleo for a while but I found it even more restricting than Keto . Maybe I was doing it wrong ; Keto is challenging enough

My yard usually dont look this cluttered but the cops/bank evicted all the tweakers a couple streets over and the realitor called me and said take it all . So I did . 16 years of living like animals just came to a end , it was horrible (Dead animal carcasses/IV needles everywhere)
