One of my favorites. I have one of the metal Cuban coffee makers. Throw some Cafe Bustelo in it and BOOM. Fuck an energy drink. This shit makes me sweat haha

Those mega fit meals aren't half bad for a meal service. Usually their macros are crap or they are too low in calorie but they have some good ones. Still pricey but if I had to choose one that one would be up for consideration.
been using that sugar free sauce. Not bad. Spent 5 hours putting a bunch of tile in my downstairs shower, mosaic tiles overhead and on the upper wall. Not 100 % perfect but acceptable. Looks good.

Stepping my game up. My buddy gifted me his prized smoker because he is moving. Hopefully I'll get around to restoring the outside of it next weekend. Nothing is rusted through so shouldn't be too bad.

I still have a smoker like that... just keep the meat as far away from the firebox and maintain 220* and you will be fine

Any of you meal preppers got any recommendations for insulated containers? I know they make insulated lunch boxes and maybe I should just go for that?
I'm about to have a 8am-8pm school schedule so I'm going to have to prep some. I reckon I can do a meal replacement in a yeti thermos then another for my actual meal.

Yup, I was more wondering if anyone had a specific recommendation for a thermal lunch box, the issue would be keeping it cold for 5-6 hours. I'm not sure if a insulated lunch bag would be the best idea or just drop some money on yeti-like hard thermal container.
