What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Hey dont knock it... the DM beef stew and chicken and dumplins isn't half bad except you might as well be eating a sodium block. All about some sardines daily.
Their C&D is the shit! They have those microwave dinners/lunches too and the chicken & mashed potatoes was some good stuff.

Actually Ive live in the woods for extended periods of time doing bush jobs away from civilization, and maintained a respectful build with just canned foods and dry milk/eggs . No fresh foods , no refrig foods yet I stayed lean and muscular . Alot of canned salmon/sardines and fried potatoes . Alot of my comrades used their food money to buy pop-tarts and mac & cheese and no protein foods and looked the part after 5 months....:D

I would have zero issues living off of canned sardines, kippered herring, boat loads of almonds/nuts, and some canned veggies.

Always imagined id find you in some distant remote part of the planet in a stick fight to the death

You’re doing good brother, not letting age stop you.

Thanks and of course I have to thank my parents for good genes but also I give alot of credit to having a weightlifting history when I was younger and also to starting TRT at age 51 .

Without additional testosterone I couldnt have developed and maintained what Ive got . At age 50 I couldnt get my muscles any bigger or firmer , until I took a hormone test and had test levels below 250ng . 3 months later I started seeing results and that was the beginning of my 2nd bodybuilding life . Made a huge difference ....

Now at age 59 I feel like Im going into uncharted territory , I know after 60 it will be even harder to maintain "the Bodybuilder Look" . But on the bright side being the rippest 60 yr old around might be cool too...Anyway I have no choice and throwing in the towel is not an option with me so onward we go....
