Actually the cheeper meals are generally better. Went to an "Italian" place last night and got a "ribeye" that was terrible, fucker was like 15 bucks. I would of rather had 5 of these all day long. The beef in Thailand is weird, sticking with pork and chicken from here on out.

15.5 lbs eye of round steaks starting to smoke. When these are done I have a whole chicken, butterflied ready to go. Will post pics as it goes.

Nice, I have always used a conventional horizontal smoker with a fire box.
My wife bought me a propane smoker a few years ago and I never looked back.
No babysitting, just set the temp and let it rip.
Is yours propane also?
