What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I may have just stopped at the local butcher and spent 90 on tri-tip and brisket.... Don't judge me. Pictures to follow
I'm trying to figure out what I'm getting for tomorrow. Both of your choices are in the running. I saw a treager recipe that used leftover brisket to make grilled cheese sandwiches, so brisket looks to be a definite choice...
 
I eat far from a “clean” diet.
I haven’t tried Keto.
I have managed to drop 118lbs in the last 13 months.


I eat 6-10 Oz of Filet Mignon literally 5-6 nights a week and substitute with Lobster or seafood the other two nights. I eat some veggies with that and some sort of random quinoa side or cauliflower rice.

I’ve thought about the Keto thing, but I still eat 50-100g of carbs a day. I keep calories to less than 1500 normally. I’m not sure if I’m eating enough. 150-250g of protein a day.

5’10 - 236lbs - 35years old
1200mg test cyp / week
10 IU (mg?) Genotripin ED
.125 mcg Levo ED
+ “supporting mods” (car people? FBO + upgrades turbo type situation. ‍♂️)

Seems to be working.
I’ve increased my lifts by multiple of 5-10.
Granted I can’t lift much anymore, rep 300-320 bench etc

I thought I was fancy with my rice crispy chicken breast. :D Wish I was rich.

Went through your posts because it seemed like a random post you just made.

But you ever get those hematocrit numbers down?? That seemed dangerously high.

What do you season your brisket with? I was thinking just salt and pepper, any of y'all got a decent brisket rub recipe? I'm in on that grilled cheese brisket action I'll have to do some reading on that one!

Hey just google rubs, read through several and put together the best ingredients from each that appeal to you.
Massage it with yellow mustard first...
