Without getting into the details, I've had a medical thing going on and eating has been a burden. For those of you who know me understand that food has never been an issue. I can eat like you read about, so the past month or two has been rough. I got a full plate of breakfast down my pie hole today, feeling good. 4 large eggs, 2 egg whites, 6 oz shaved steak and some shredded cheese.
