This is one of my favorite fish to either fry with a little salt and pepper or beer batter style on cheat day, also great poke' style. Gotta be fresh caught though.

Just a simp le fried rice this morning, smoke meat ( pig) scrambled eggs and dash of shoyu. Cpl fried eggs on top and im a happy guy.

Y'all ever heard of pickle bread?

Had to google it... pickle juice is making it's way into some dishes lately. Seems like it would be similar to a sourdough but maybe a bit more strong?

I've seen people making pickle juice popscicles online and some other random strange stuff. I guess if it scratches and itch then cool... I just prefer mine dill, crunchy, and whole.
