If you have ever been to a Popeyes chicken they have a seasoning called sparkle. They don't offer it , you have to ask for it and it is phenomenal.
Anyway if you google copycat popeyes sparkle recipe you can make it.
My family puts it on everything and I always make 10 times the amount of the recipe.
It looks delicious! Breakfast of champs right there.

Popeyes Cajun Sparkle
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage.
- 1/4 teaspoon msg.
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper.
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
I'm going to try this stuff on my ground chicken. So far my go to has been Trader Joe's chili and lime seasoning, but this stuff sounds like some magic.....

Msg is just plain accent seasoning and I add a bit more as well as the rubbed sage.

I hear ya, I drove past one and there was a line out the door. Would have to toss the bun but would be interesting to try. Or if they did a grilled version that would be even better.

Damn that looks freaking awesome! Our local steakhouse has prime rib special on fri and sat evenings. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. So you’ve got to get out there early. Can’t go tonight, since it’s just me and me 4 yo granddaughter. Whose dressed in her Cinderella dress, blowing bubbles while I cook dinner lol

Butterflied grilled breast with pesto, tomato and fresh mutz
Grassfed boneless ribeye medium rare, brown rice with sriracha seasoning, and broccoli florets. Watching the Hawks play the Chargers.
It was, love me some sashimi and cold brew.
