Used to work on the pipe crew here at work. 20, 24, and 26in diameter steel 100ft sticks of pipe. Had to work late one night and my crew leader(60yo black guy) put a can of spam on the work truck manifold to heat it up and shared it with me. I was starving and I swear it was one of the best things I ever ate, haha!I really like the 25% less sodium Spam . Good stuff...
Missed you guys! 18 piece Sashimi for lunch.

Yeah, he had sardines and Vienna sausages too. He called it his "bottom out" food stash.Almost everyone has a Spam story . Kept me alive in bush Alaska for many months at a time alongside canned salmon and sardines .

My wife is from Thailand so....... We got all kind of fish sauce, watch out for the 'ba deck' it's a fermented fish sauce they use in a lot of dishes. A little goes a long way@Logan44551 - I SEE all that fish sauce on the left side of the stove ....lol
Good stuff , I use it in my rice and other dishes all the time . It makes oyster stew and clam chowder much better , not the same without fish sauce ....
Where you been?Missed you guys! 18 piece Sashimi for lunch.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for a couple months. Most people go 2-3 times a week, I'm doing 5-6... Literally so beat up I can't weight train. Finally got back in the gym this week. Tore my posterior serratus muscles, got heat rash all kinds of nasty shit from jujitsu. Loving it though, love being 255lbs and the guys in there are 160-180 hahaWhere you been?

Octopus, one of my favoriteThat is an epic spread... man. I love some sushi and get it anywhere and everywhere I can but that's some quality stuff there that you rarely see. Is that squid or octopus?
It's easy, it works, and I personally like the food. I just did 5 wks on it with test, tren, and superdrol and went from 234.5 to 255lbs. I kept my appetite the whole time.Question for the guys on the vertical diet... does seem like several here follow. I've read about it several times and didn't really seem like it was anything revolutionary or the like. Just a couple core staples and that's all you eat. I guess my question is do you do it because it really does help you hit the right macros and for training or just because it's easy just like chicken and broccoli or steak and eggs?
