Been doing the vertical diet for 5wks. Ground sirloin, Jasmine or Basmati rice, peppers, green beans, tomatoes, or spinach all mixed with beef bone broth. Love it!
Pretty much. It's supposed to be easy to digest and use. I can eat about anything anyway so digestion isnt a problem. It is easy to prepare though and I like it.And the so-called Vertical Diet is basically what myself and everyone around here eats everyday . I used to call it A Mix . Beef or chicken/rice/mixed veggies is the Mix but I guess I need to call it the Vertical Diet now....
