Been doing the vertical diet for 5wks. Ground sirloin, Jasmine or Basmati rice, peppers, green beans, tomatoes, or spinach all mixed with beef bone broth. Love it!

And the so-called Vertical Diet is basically what myself and everyone around here eats everyday . I used to call it A Mix . Beef or chicken/rice/mixed veggies is the Mix but I guess I need to call it the Vertical Diet now....:rolleyes: :p
