I smoked mine until it was 160 degrees internal. Turned my sexy as treager up to 250 and let it cook until 205 degrees. Falling apart, insane how easy it pulled. I could literally just push down on it with a fork and it would fall apart. You'll have a fat smile with this one!

Word thanks @ickyrica . I need to redeem myself for fucking up that brisket. Love me some pulled pork as well, pretty excited.
