Its interesting the different meals the average BB"er eats everyday and at work . It can be a challenge sometimes but I think the bottom line is to start with a high protein main course and go from there . Your type of job for the day depends on if you can get away with a low carb meal or if you need to carb up for the days task .
Some jobs dont go well with Keto .
Yeah. I sit most of the day, the occasional laps around to drop stuff here and there. I work our early AM so all carbs are consumed between wake up 3:30am, at gym, after gym and by 930 am which is my first meal at work (10oz white fish and 150g white rice, 1 cup greens)... rest is all protein/greens
