I only get there about once a year when I go out west... I took someone's advice last time and ordered it animal style and it was great.
Still have my pics, true Fat kid status...
oh man, I can easily hammer some In n Out. I am so glad they put one next to my house last year. Everytime I go I order 2x A-style double-doubles. I think it only takes me 4 bites to eat the first one, the second one I enjoy lol. And I get chocolate shakes for the fam too lol.

Didn't like animal style? I probably prefer a classic burger but it was still good, it was tangy.
Next time I eat one it'll be in your state I believe, sometime next year.
Made a pretty good smoked tri-tip last weekend, forgot to share pics. I dont remember which member I saw with one a couple weeks ago, but I "axed" him about it and I copied the idea to smoke one for 5 hours then finish in the oven. I forget who it was, but props to him it was fantastic. Not as fatty as the brisket. Made sandwiches with Applewood Smoked Cheddar, little mac on the side... was smoke-tatstic

@Eman I order 2 of those exact burgers when I go lol. Around once a month, right when I start looking good and dry, my wife will drag me to I&O to get fat.
Always warm down in lone star. Fall, spring and winter are peeeeerfect. Summer can suck a dirty ass hole thoI hope you guys are all bbq-ing ot up this wknd, supposed to be the last warm one for a while across the country. Plus I want more great ideas to steal from y'all.

I lived in DFW for 2 yrs and I remember it being way too cold to ride the moto for a few months. Even snowed and no one could get to work for 3 days. I think that was uncommon for the area though. I remember the summers were hot as hell. Fishin was good too
