Thanks , I think when I used 1st time I set too high temp ... do you spray little oil on ?I'm not a great cook, but this is what I did. Medium High 2mins each side, medium one dash below 4mins each side. Left em rest for 5-8mins and it worked! Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. My stove top sucks. Lol

Thanks, I will try it again ( if will looks good I am gonna post it here )I used olive oil got it warm, then tossed the steaks in, buttered one side. No spray it's bad for cast iron.

Are most of you guys eating red meat all 4-6 meals a day??
Lately im eating ground sirloin 6 Oz 1x a day for some fats and to add size. The other 4-5 meals are chicken and salmon.
I’ve read that if you want to put on size to stick with red meat. Is that true??
Isn’t a complete protein made equal no matter the source?
I eat a lot of wild hog, my nephews just killed 11 last week.I mostly eat chicken. I would eat red meat daily and have, 90% ground beef. I was bigger and stronger than but I was also lifting heavier. Pretty banged up right now, so chicken and lighter weights is where I'm at now, with a steak every so often.
