What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Are most of you guys eating red meat all 4-6 meals a day??

Lately im eating ground sirloin 6 Oz 1x a day for some fats and to add size. The other 4-5 meals are chicken and salmon.

I’ve read that if you want to put on size to stick with red meat. Is that true??

Isn’t a complete protein made equal no matter the source?

Yes but beef has lots of natural creatine and amino acids as well as iron that chicken doesnt have as much of . Although theres slightly less protein per oz in beef compaired to chicken theres more of other things that aid in muscle-building it seems , especially organic beef .
 
Logan you should open a meal delivery service my man. Your parings are always great. Beat the price against these other services charging stupid amounts for 300 calorie tiny meals and reign supreme! You'd have about all of Meso lining up.
Thanks buddy I am just getting into it really. Diet has been a struggle for me since I started. I used to eat out a lot. Last month and a half I haven't eaten out at all. Lots 14 pounds, trying to shake another 10-15# and build from there

I hear ya, very easy to over do it eating out. Secondly you can't ever really trust the macros even if they tell you. You don't quite know exactly what the cook might decide to throw in extra. It's not like they are weighing the food exactly or measuring exactly.
 
There's a guy selling those cans down this way. I thought the price seemed really high. How much are those going for up your way?

My wife gets together once a year with her "canning buddies" and they make up hundreds of jars from Albacore fillets . Ours is free but they sell them to tourist for $5 jar (theres 2 regular cans of tuna in each jar).
