I been putting honey in my coffee in lieu of sugar and creamer. Never realized the combo went together as well as it does:confused:where have i been?

Honey has alot of benefits. Not the least of which is the post wo recovery attributes it contains

I use to drink my coffee with honey and milk
But lately I use coconut sugar
 
Dont forget Cinnamon powder ;) It adds a unique flavor to spaghetti & BBQ sauces and great on oatmeal in the morning (or night)
Helps lower blood sugars . Pile it on....
That's the type of advice I need. I am a total newbie in the kitchen.

I have noticed adding sugar to some dishes adds tons of flavor. I thought it would make things sweet but no.

raw unfiltered honey is good stuff and very healthy
 
Dry press cottage cheese, I think the proper name

Gotcha, just never really see it I guess so I didn't realize it was a thing. I guess it makes it more like a true hard cheese vs the typical semi-liquid state you buy in tubs when you press the liquid out which makes sense.
