What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Just meal 3 for the day, not following any specific diet other than i try and eat a cpl low carb meals a day with more emphasis on fat. Not a true keto diet by any means. Ive found that for me eating higher fats has been amazing, i stay pretty lean without ever starving myself. Plus im not bloated as i often would be.
