Same to you brother. I'll be posting later, will be injecting my bird with this. I brined it 24 hours already, brine was 1 1/2 cups salt half cup rub. 1 cup brown sugar, one cup honey, and one cup molasses. I maybe skip the molasses next time gave it a weird tone. Have been waiting for the thread to blow up today and looks like it's picking up steam. Logan I"m surprised at your comment on the molasses, thick and rich stuff and seems like it would be great for a brine and just general flavor. Molasses anything seems to usually be on point vs. straight sugar especially in the BBQ/grilling world.

@OGH waiting to see the OGH alchemists concoction that you are famous for... maybe some turkey covered w/bacon and spam + stuffed with fresh tuna ??? :)
